Why Customers Choose Wilkins Wardrobes - In Their Own Words
Customer Experience
From First Conversation To Finished Wardrobe
Choosing somebody to work inside your home is about more than comparing wardrobe designs. You also need to feel confident that they understand what you want, will look after your property and will deliver the standard of work they have promised.
That is why detailed customer feedback means so much to us. After researching companies, Craig and his wife first contacted Wilkins Sliding Wardrobes in February 2026. What began with a conversation about their bedroom, storage requirements and design ideas became a complete made-to-measure wardrobe and matching tallboy.

“Following some conversation with the owner Cory, we immediately knew we were in safe hands.”
CRAIG EDWARDS · CUSTOMER REVIEW
Confidence From The First Conversation
Craig’s review begins before we ever entered the room. Following their initial research, we spoke about what they wanted to achieve and arranged a home visit where we could bring samples, measure the space properly and discuss the design in person.
The bedroom was not especially large, but the couple wanted to create as much useful storage as possible without allowing the finished furniture to overpower the room. During the visit, we demonstrated what could be achieved and worked through the colours, proportions and layout together.
Listening To Their Ideas — And Taking Them Further
Craig explained that his wife already had a clear idea of the design and colours she wanted. Our role was not to replace those ideas with a standard package. It was to understand them, make them work within the available space and use our experience to develop the complete design.
We also designed a matching tallboy, which the customers had not realised could be included. Because the wardrobe and accompanying furniture were planned together, the colours and overall finish could work as one coordinated bedroom design.
Care Inside The Customer’s Home
The finished wardrobe matters, but so does the experience of having it installed. Craig highlighted the care taken throughout the job and described the installation as having “little to no mess”. He also called Cory one of the cleanest tradesmen they had ever had in their home.
Our wardrobes are measured, designed and prepared before fitting day, with cutting and final adjustments carried out outside wherever possible. This helps us complete most installations in one day while keeping disruption inside the customer’s home to a minimum.
